This paper measures Greater Sudbury employers’ attitudes toward hiring newcomers and diverse groups, the challenges they face while doing so, and the support they need during the process. The information in this paper can be used to better support employers in hiring and retaining newcomers and diverse groups, as well as guide ongoing and future initiatives in the City of Greater Sudbury.
